Currently I am using a Shanling M0 as BT receiver (from iPad) cum DAP.

As a BT receiver from iPad, the M0 bass is quite solid. Can whack arghk! Using solo as a DAP, bass is a bit lightweight.

The Ampio M1 VS-1880 costs SGD$250 hor... Not cheap. I can buy a decent DAP (such as the Hidizs AP80 or 2 sets of Shanling M0) with this price.

20% off still need to pay $200+ after shipping wor, assuming buying online. Still expensive for a Bluetooth dongle.

You know I am the local distributor for TRN products. Their Bluetooth modules have its problems especially BT-10. The older BT-3 (which I normally do MO) is better. Connection is definitely better than KZ’s, but it is the hissing noise that bothers most people.

By the way, TRN 12 BA IEM will be out soon. I don’t have the final production unit yet, so I can’t comment. The beta unit sounds pretty good, so hopefully the production sets are the same. TRN is notorious for not following the beta test sets, the V80 is a very good example. My beta unit sounds completely different from their production sets.

You should try Sony MH755 also...

By the way, yours is VE Monk Plus braided version which costs US$15 before shipping, not US$5.

This type is US$5.
