This CD compilation also missed out some songs from the 1990 compilation "The Very Best of Elton John" like "You Gotta Love Someone", "Pinball Wizard", "Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds", "Someone Saved My Life Tonight", "Part Time Love", "Passengers", "I Don't Wanna Go On With You Like That" and "Easier To Walk Away".

I guess some of these songs are not a Elton's song. Lucy in the sky with Diamonds is John Lennon's, while Pin Ball wizard is by The Who, although Elton did perform that song in the movie version of the Musical. So Elton can't claim credits of these songs as his very best.

Wonder did u really "listen" to these albums or just "test" them out.  ;D
Anyway, here's my tots:

TLC- Feel that this album is more accessible to the non-urban listener. This album contains songs from the group's last collaboration with Lisa "Left Eye" Lopes. Actually I feel it's quite good.

Phil Collins - If u listen long enough to this album, u'll find him going back to his 80s roots. This should please his fans who grew up with him from the 80s. On the whole, very nice albums with great songs like the title track, Testify.

Die Another Day - Like the Madonna track though I feel that it is kinda out of place from the movie. The rest of the score by David Arnold is more of the same stuffs from the previous Bond film soundtrack. However, the extra materials from this enhanced CD are what make this CD purchase a worthy one.

Westlife - Actually find them better than some of the boybands around. Since this is a best-of compilation, expect to hear all their hits if u r a fan.

Justin Timberlake - Ok lor. Very R&B and hip.

Tori Amos - Prefer her previous albums.

The Guru soundtrack - Except for a few uptempo Indian tracks, the album is filled with a few very nice songs like Diana Krall's jazzy rendition of Billy Joel's Just The Way U Are.

Beck - More melodic and melancholy than his previous albums.

The Wallflowers - This is actually quite good!

Elton John - What more can I say about this legend?

Everything But The Girl - This is not a "he". It's a duo actually. Contains past hits selected by Ben Watt & Tracey Thorn themselves.

Shania Twain - Many uptempo songs that will get u swinging. The second CD is actually a remix of the first CD.

Barbara Streisand - Simply adored some of her duets. Her voice is ethereal.

Robbie Williams - Agree that he is going non-commercial and singing the songs that he like. Well kudos to him for not sticking to boring pop. There r a few nice songs in the album.

Nature of Narada - This is New Age stuff from the label Narada. Nice music!

Toni Braxton - Not as good as her previous albums.

Enya - The packaging and a few unreleased tracks are worth buying alone. Not many copies around though.

got something call mp3 mah :)

TLC - left eye passed away.. i wonder if they use her as a marketing plot or something

Phil Collins - yeah very 80s sounds. that why i dun think there is any hits .. cuz sounds quite dated.. although he is very very very popular during the 80s.. :)

DAD- i am not sure whether Madonna redo the bond theme to techno is a good move to push Bond to the new era or not.. some ppl prefer the old style of bond theme..

Shania Twain - cannot find the second disc download leh LOL!!! ...

Toni Braxton - she is totally going down soon...

Jennifer Lopez -  This is Me
- a try to reach the top of the dancefloor hits again
some good tempo potential dancefloor hits
she even go to the attempt of sampling a old hit..
*in "the One" track*

Charlotte - i dun listen to her.. dunno why
i like classical opera but not from her

The Fleetwood Mac - who are they? :)
never heard b4.. b4 my era? ^_^

Mariah Carey -
nothing much... still as scary as b4
only Through the rain is quite nice *NOT remix version*
My Saving Grace not bad :)

Best of Bond.. James Bond-
not a total james bond freak.. so didn't even bother to download ... but Shirley bassey should be the tempting point...
*btw.. it is funny.. how could it be the Best of Bond.. when most of them don't even reach top10?

nothing worth buying actually :O
