Well I am more of a hand brew person who still prefers the Aeropress. The paper and stainless steel filter gives the flexibility between flavor and acidity. Capsule or press still under 4 min so yeah not too bad. Espresso machine well .............maybe doesn't really fit right now.

Dunno man.. I only do Aeropress on weekends. Taking the time to boil water to 95 degrees, letting the coffee brew for a few minutes then cleaning up, can add up for my morning routine. I use it now for my Vietnamese coffee that I buy from Inala (a small Vietnamese suburb).

My Breville double boiler espresso machine is programmed to turn itself on about 15 minutes before I get out of bed - so the group handle is nicely warmed up when I wake up. I get the glasses ready, and the milk jug. Grinding takes 17 seconds, screw in the group handle, press two shots - another 30-35 seconds (including tamping and screwing in the handle). And I am frothing the milk while the shots are being made. Plus cleaning up, less than 2 minutes. Maybe add another minute if I need to fill the grinder with more beans.

End of Line - Derezzed

I use lattissima for water ( a few seconds) and milk (detachable container from the fridge) for aeropress so time is not really an issue. I am used to the cleaner taste so I am still reluctant to go the espresso machine way. The stainless steel filter is great for flavor and I use paper for beans with acute acidity like Kenya AA. Capsule is just an experiment since I have a old Citiz lying around. Turns out well so no complaints so far.

According to the site, it's only 399 rmb which is about S$82!  Good price!  It says it accepts capsules from several famous brands but no names given.  I assume Nespresso should be one of those!! :)

Now got a number of compatible capsule. So Nespresso need to lower price. Tried a few (Hook coffee) and have to say that the capsule are not as well made. Price is comparable or only slightly cheaper. Just offer more choices only.
