Amazon packages for vinyls are generally well packed, double boxed and a little over sized. Once I ordered 1 lp (can't remember if it was third party seller) and got it shipped thru borderlinx or vpost. The bloody box was so big tat the cost of shipping was more than the cost of they lp! Have always chose direct shipping since then!

Thanks, bro. Yeah, I think I'd better ship direct then.

I note the US$80 AcousTech stylus force gauge in the photo which was highly recommended by TAS. I got the Taiwanese made OEM delivered to my doorstep for US$40 from eBay yesterday.

Just got this from Vinyl Eye! :) sweet dreams are made of this.

Many years ago before I was into hifi, a colleague lent me a 60s LP comprising songs from Asian artistes. I heard this Indonesian/Dutch duo's version of Sukiyaki and loved it. It conjured up a picture of a little street in old Japan on a snowy foggy night. Romantic  ;D Don know wat made me but recently the tune came back to me and I hunted for the song and finally got it from ebay.

There’s no point in having great presentation unless you have the content. I’d far rather talk to Einstein on the telephone than talk face to face to a doorman in a hotel. - Julian Vereker, Founder of Naim
