PC game of "007 Quantum Of Solace"

Bought the original PC game of "007 Quantum Of Solace" , after fully installed and when click on the Icon to launch the game ...the below message pop-up , any ideas why ?

Upgraded my computer to AMD x4 and try my luck again on this game ...after fully installed no funny pop-up message but when clicked the "Play" wording .....the game launch window just disappeared into thin air and nothing happen.

Wow ...what type of shxt game is this ?
