I have a Marantz NA11s1 and the socket is a vertical 3 pin. The plug is never in place because it will droop though it is a stock cable and I can literally move it up and down.  (No problem with playing)
Any brother owning this item have the same experience ?

I recently bought a heavy cable with a bulbous plug. It will move in but loose and the droop is very accentuated. In such an instance is there sufficient current connection. If I move my hand away the plug may be dragged down by the heavy cable.

Is this common and how do I resolve it. I am thinking of having a support below the bulbous plug. Any advice ?

I also have a SA11s3 but hell, all along I did not know it is a 2 pin vertical socket. So the there is no way I can use a good cable with a 3 pin plug. I thought Marantz product should have the same type of socket that is vertical 3 pin.
As it is a stock cable is it is light but even then the plug in the socket is not tight and the fit is also loose.
It is a local set. (No problem with playing)

Thank you.

No issue and won't affect performance...I have NA11-s1, SA-10 and SA-11S3 (previously)  all are the same as what you describe.

Does the NA11 sound better thru its analog-out or thru digital-out to SA10 using the SA10 buildin DA conversion?

If you use Marantz NA11S1, can you output the digital out to SA10 and use the SA10 build in digital to analog conversion?

Yes you can. I have a kaki who doesn't want to give up his dcs Puccini+u clock combo output his digital out to SA-10. Use SA-10 as a DAC

Never tried outputting from NA-11 to SA-11. What I do is that I have 2 option to play my music. Either I play my CD direct from my SA-10 or thru NA-11s1 via digital coaxial. Both my SA-10 and NA-11s1 is connected to my PRE.

Now you will ask me why I do this....different "sound" and moreover I have already invested in NA-11S1 beforehand. ;)

By the way, I was blown away by Synergistic Research’s Black fuses… Not cheap, but significantly better than HiFi Tuning ones, which’re already among the best. Give it a try if you’re not too opposed to spending on nearly $100 fuses each ;D
Yes. One of my friend changed his SA11s2 to audiophile grade fuses. The improvement is noticeable and I can said is
 vfm.

Thanks. It should be interesting to output the digital out from NA11S1 to SA10 as I would think the DA section of the SA10 is superior to the NA11S1.

Swap all 6 fuses at one go. U can see the 3 fuses behind the transformers for the digital and another 3 for analogue.
