Sensasian.com is awfully slow.
Ordered two DVDs on 19/07 (One pre-order and the other 3 - 4 days availability)
DVD release date delayed on 22/07
Price changed on 26/07 (Did not inform me until I pointed out to them)
Managed to get 3 - 4 days availability DVD on 28/07 (not even in their hands yet after more than a week!)
DVD released on 29/07 (No news for a week)
Checked with them on 05/08 on status (They said its in the shipping process)
As of today 08/08 (The DVDs are on video store shelves for a few days already)
And still no news from Sensasian.com
I guess shipping in the process.
I hardly contact online stores' customer service. But Sensasian.com has shaken my confidence with them since they changed the price without inform me. It's not a matter of being cheaper or more expensive. For any merchant, when you amend the prices, you have to inform the customer and see whether they're agreeable to the change. I guess, it will be my first and last order with them. Sensasian.com - STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED
