The time measured is from the time you received the email that it is shipped till you received the item using the cheapest standard mail.

My latest order from them one cd, parcel shipped at 2.15pm in Japan, the next day morning 10plus am reach my house.  ;D

One bad experience with B&N online, i ordered 2 books from them. They took 3 months till i kept bomb them with complain emails. In the end, they send me an email telling me the parcel had lost in transit, the refund will be credited back to my account. To me this is the first and the last for me to patronise them.  >:(
