Interest rates are going higher and typically there is an inverse relationship between interest rates and asset prices. Now the question is if tariffs may result in a quicker pace of inflation and the Fed may be behind the curve or forced to hike more or faster. Higher rates will see a reval of all valuation and cash flow metrics. Maybe it is not yet time to bargain hunt. There would be outliers and some stocks will still continue to grow - so one needs to be able to stock pick well.
