ok well, i'm also a Dyn owner, but speakers are kept in the carton. Just now I took 1 out, do some cleaning, took this photo and
have to pack it back. Can't use speakers set-up now. Temporary I listen to headphone. :-\

An interesting writeup about C1 paired with Xindak..

http://www.goodsound.com/features/2008_12_01.htm
Quote
In the Xindak room a company representative eagerly pointed out that the 85dB-efficient Dynaudio Confidence C1 speakers ($6500/pair) in use were being powered by Xindak’s 12.5Wpc MT-1 integrated tube amp ($649.95). During my brief listen I determined two things about this system. First, there was no audible indication that the little amp was having any trouble driving the Dynaudios at average listening volume. Second, the amp and associated Xindak Muse Deluxe 1.0 CD player ($1149 introductory price) sounded quite good. Yes, using such expensive speakers with inexpensive components can make the latter sound better than they might with cheaper speakers, but the reverse is also true: expensive speakers can ruthlessly expose poor amplification and sources. In the Xindak room, neither phenomenon seemed to be at play. Instead, Xindak seemed out to prove that high performance is not the sole province of expensive electronics.

Oh ya, the rug as well..  ;D
Well, all the Nordost cables I am using are actually from the mid end range. The cheapest so far are the Magus power cords as they are from thier lower end WyreWizard series.
Nordost series range from WyreWizard, Flatline, Norse, Reference and Supreme Reference.
bro, any comments on the heimdall vs frey speaker cable? :) i guess you had auditioned their full range.
the heimdalls are out of stock so i can't home trial for now, but i have heard the freys at home.

u are too humble to say C1 is out of your range with those sort of cabling. ;D

An interesting writeup about C1 paired with Xindak..
bro, that picture looks as though they are running the dynaudios with the xindak monoblocks? (i'm looking at the white speaker wiring)
or am i seeing wrongly? the black MT-1 infront doesn't look hooked up.
personally i heard the xindak before, but still not sure on how competent they really are versus the big boys although nobody can doubt they are value for money.

Bro venturer,

Nice and well kept conditions Bird's eyes maple 1.3SE :D My advise to you don't keep the speaker in storage too long, the speaker will have problem especially the drivers due to humidity weather here. Best is occassionally play it or else getting replacements drivers is expensives.
