Hi.  I realised that one of my front RX6 speaker was very soft compared to my another front. Speakers were bought in 2010. I am not so sure how it could be spoilt as there is no kids and children in my home and there is no physical damage at all.  Is there any way to "repair"  or have to get a new one.  Now what I did is to increase the level calibration thru the AVR and made it "equally"  sound as the other.

One of your woofers is likely to be damaged, you can ask AV One for repairs/ spares or maybe source it online?
8 years... excuse for a new speaker?

You have checked all the wire and cable connections? Are all the cones equally soft or just one particular one?
