Repair Acoustat electrostatic speaker
« on: April 30, 2020, 13:10 »
The right panel of my Acoustat 2 electrostatic has stopped producing any sound. I have had this happened some years ago and was traced to a transformer. The repairman said that he recoiled the transformer at that time. I cannot find the contact anymore.
Does anyone know of a repairman who can help?
Life is difficult without music.

Are you sure it's the transformer? Did you take it out. And made a test? If so I could do a rewind.

I have not done a test but the symptoms are similar the previous time. Sound for softer and softer then finally died. Transformer m rewind was done and problem solved.
