Just swap out my Onkyo RZ1100 for the Anthem MRX and wow.....
Clarity with punch like the Onkyo.
Poisoned by Desray's post on the Anthem and am glad I took the plunge.
More should be done to market this gem to the local market.

The Expert Group, dealers for B&W and Rotel, are now dealers for Anthem as well.

Great news for Anthem owners...Anthem will be providing a free upgrade for the current (3rd-Gen) MRX AVRs with an IMAX Enhanced upmixing in 6 weeks time!

Something to look forward to... :)

Hi. desray. How is the Anthem AVR compare to the newest Onkyo RZ series for music and HT?

Sorry...can't answer that as I have not listened to Onkyo for many years liao (the last one I have was the TX-NR929, the very last model that was equipped with Audyssey MultEQ XT32). But I can assure you that Anthem AVR using their proprietary RoomEQ easily blow Onkyo out of the water if we compare what AccuEQ RoomEQ can do compared to the Anthem ARC Genesis RoomEQ.

If you intend to go Anthem route, I will advise you to wait for another year or so to see if there is any new model coming up as the existing Anthem models already reaching its EOL soon - it is 4 yrs + hardware.
