Haven’t finished watching Godzilla yet but OMG. From start, sooo much action overhead. Even with my KEF Q50a which are usually more discreet. Not as clear as in ceiling speakers.

WOW

Yes, if you REALLY MUST OWN ONE physical disc for "Reference Atmos" that you can "show-off" to your friends, colleagues, relatives etc, Godzilla King of Monsters is definitely the title to get.

Here is one that I thought had a really good sound mix, men in Black international

The average after Bass EQ for the movie using RTA, played at MV-19

Decently good with a nice balance, lotsa nice special effects especially on one scene when the cube thingy transforms into a weapon, that’s when the ULF kicks in close to 10hz

Heads up those playing John Wick 3, time stamp 1:44, one particular special gun shot scene by JW on people above Him in the movie, this scene had the whole chair moving upwards. As if the whole chair is being lifted. Very special this scene, special effects on this one was something never experienced before

Be careful many bottom the subs on the scene

Overall very entertaining movie, loved the sound track in this one

Now I’m no longer sure which movie has a good sound track. It seems like every single movie with BEQ on is superb and good

I totally agree that BEQ with capable subs can bring the movie experience to the next level of tactile immersion.

ATMOS bring a different type of sonic immersion from a standard 5.1.

Project size and 4K’s WCG brings the visual impact.

All 3 put together is truly jaw dropping.

Try watching the older movies with BEQ. Once tried BEQ, confirm no turning back.
