Thank you bro for good suggestions.... i tinkered a bit more today and here is the latest plot.
This is all 3 sub individual and combine with and without Audyssey.

No matter what i tried, i cannot get rid of wide dip @ 70-80hz

The cancellation at 70-80hz u r experiencing is a common room mode in most places, if your MLP is exactly at the middle of the room. Can you move your MLP slightly to the back? Also how near are the nearfield subs? They should be no more than 1" away from your chair. Have the sub Drivers facing u. Technically it should smoothen out this region. If that doesn't work, have two subs nearfield

Here's an primer for REW (or rather PDF file) that I have been reading which provides a step-by-step guide in setting up and running REW, complete with pics and very detailed instructions to follow.

If you're looking for the data files, search for *.mdat

If you're looking for the data files, search for *.mdat

i also got saved some of the .mdat files in other folders, but the bulk of them are in the default folder which doesn't come up in the search.

what was the default folder in your pc?

Need some help on rew. House curve tool.

I'm using the rew house curve tool to generate a 15-18db rising curve from 100hz to 20hz, using 76db as a baseline. Then use this file to import to my DSP.

But rew house curve tool only allows max overall boost of 12db.

Is there any quick way to overcome this?

My default has already changed.
IIRC new installation default is "C:\Users\<user-id>\Documents".
I may be wrong...
