Some interesting view from Zouk DJ about Digital vs Vinyl in Club DJ.

If you are into Good Sound quality- Vinyl sound "better"- as explained by the DJ themselves. This will also depend on your set up too.

PS move on from MM to MC cartridge- sound goods to me.

Ai ya this kind of track- prove what- Summer time -Ray Brown Trio- one of my favourite Jazz trio have this CD, and Vinyl- i am a collector of Ray Brown trio LP hehehe. If CD is so good- i will not spend my time and money buying all his LP- they are premium- hard to find too.

Ok this track is nice even Youtube sound goods- given the unique piano style of playing of high octave which  gives the distinct chord. Music is all rounder- where the Zouk DJ is referring to all genre of music  that Vinyl gives the energy & dynamic- u need the bass for clubber to jive. If u love clubbing- u know what i mean.

Thank for your effort to highlight this track- digital is not bad- i still upgrade my digital stuff to higher grade- nothing to rule out in all musical format- most important is enjoyment and satisfaction.

Find me some digital high grade stuff vs Vinyl

Just my 2 cents...As far as vinyl vs digital... there'll never be one conclusion.. simply because.. each has their own strong points.. I like to use digital to tune my system.. easy... no need to get up from the chair to change tracks etc.. However for pure music enjoyment I prefer Vinyl.. much more relaxing for me... IMHO... keep both and optimise both.. both are good in their own way.

Couldn't agree with you more BTW. I grew  up surrounded by vinyl cause 1 of my brother use to own a record shop. When I started this hobby, vinyl was almost dead.
So I started on the digital path but the vinyl sound stills haunts me hence I always focus on making my system sounds as none digital as possible.

As I said.. have both... Vinyl has many variables.. that you have to understand control and optimise.. gain matching, VTF, antiskate.. even warp LP and off centre LP can give you problems. Digital is much more predictable and consistent.. but IMHO not so magical.. so have both and maximise it...
