There was talk that the DV and HDR10+ wouldn't both fit on a Blu Ray, but apparently it does.

Yes indeed, we will be seeing more of these hardwares with HDMI 2.1 specs soon by 4Q19

Some comparison between HDR10+ and Dolby Vision versions. Unlike hdtvtest’s view, the HDR10+ version is better than HDR10. The reviewer also thought that the HDR10+ version was slightly better than DV.

“Dolby Vision actually feels a touch darker overall than the HDR10 and HDR10+ masters, and some highlights look slightly less punchy.”

Looks like Panny latest stuff which supports both is the way to go

Lotsa it to do with the grading and colorist, that makes a difference on the source file. But HDR10 + is promising , I can assure u that. It’s just being held back for release at a later date for sales

So far the Disney guys and james Cameron’s guys are good. if video is your thing , then the 4k disc by these guys are good

X Men: Dark Phoenix 4k UHD Blu Ray is coming in a few weeks with HDR10+, but no Dolby Vision. I suppose this was inevitable as studios have to pay Dolby for each disc with Dolby Vision.
