Anyone have problems with the x9500G switching to TV Speakers while watching Netflix via the AVR?

Switching to TV Speakers after every 15mins ....then have to go to Settings/Display & Sound/Audio Output/Speakers and select Audio System instead of TV Speakers

Watching NF on ATV or using the TV NF app have this intermittent switching issues

I am not sure this will help. I believe it is probably due to HDMI CEC behaviour. You might like to try this if u have a Zidoo Z9s connected to the same AVR and this problem is not seen if u have the Zidoo power on. (Check Zidoo CEC is disable)

Suggest you have the remote power key set to standby when pressed, instead of power off.
I faced the same problem when I first connect it. My TV is Samsung. The CEC settings in Zidoo is off too.

Lol..i nearly think it is my TV One Box or AVR issue till I found this behaviour on internet. Not sure whether z10 or uhd2000 has the same issue. My uhd2000 is connected to another avr where all hdmi control is disabled as no ARC requirement.

Hope it helps.

Anyone has $27k to throw for the latest Z series 85 inch 8K TV  ;D
https://www.sony.com.sg/electronics/televisions/z8h-series
Buy now and Sony will take pity on us and charge us $3k less.

In comparison, this same TV is being sold in the US for US$9k only.

Normal corporate behaviour lah. Price gouging wherever possible. Similar to prescription drugs, super expensive here compared to the same brand item in Thailand or Malaysia.

At least you can feel better knowing that drugs in general cost an arm and a leg in the US.  A vial of insulin costs greater than 10 times what you will ever pay in Singapore.

Don’t vote the Gov now until they agreed to bring down the price (more tax reduction)

Most Insulins are very expensive in the US because insurance covers it, unlike Singapore where we pay subsidised prices for certain older insulins. Certain newer insulins can be quite expensive here as they are unsubsidized. For Americans without insurance, Walmart's prices are low and just above Singapore subsidized prices...
