Actually....just wanted to try Samsung and Sony but just not too keen on the Android OS for the Sony.
The Sony X95G can get around 6K+ and the price is tempting. Reviews for the X95G is slightly more positive than the samsuing Q80R so I will head down to HN tmrw to amend my purchase

I thought the Sammy Qleds are not luminance accurate, and the issue cannot be fully resolved through calibration. If that matters...

I find the Samsung QLED TVs much too bright to the extent that details in the highlights are lost and my eyes get tired after just a while of viewing.

I chose the Sammy for aesthetic reasons too cos it will be flushed mounted against the wall with the 1 connect box on my TV console that I overlooked on the performance
Yes agree that Samsung tend to be over saturated in their PQ.

It is a better catch an you will enjoy it more with the X95G than the Q80R in the LED arena.

Get the 9500 or the Sony pro panel..
I love my Z9D  ;D
Those guys who got the last few in June at the special price will be very happy
At 6k that’s a no brainer man
They should offer free install and delivery plus a nice wall mount
Else I can pass you that wall mount I have spare for a small outlay
Just screw it  many times to reinforce it

OT...If you are not fuzzy and brand centric then this UHD 65 incher is up your alley. Available for $999 at Giant, this could be your best buy of the year
