For the baby boomers, you know what I'm talking about...give a shout out here if you are one of those that had been through this era of televised cartoon series...

A walk down the memory lane after 3 decades...Conincidentally my avatar M.A.S.K is also in the list.

I had more fun watching popeye and warner looney tunes.
Those others... cannot get laughters except excitement from actions nia...

To day... my favorite still goes to TOM&JERRY, wits vs wits, confidence vs confidence, stupidity vs stupidity.

Oh those were wonderful times...Back then, life is less complicated...and in my humble opinion the 80s were "golden era" for TV show and cartoon series where we see creativity infused with originality. Every cartoon also has a catchy tunes to hum along and lyrics that underscores the theme of the cartoon characters and its franchise. We no longer see such wonderful hand drawn cartoons anymore.

Time flies...but I'm glad we lived through those wonderful period. :)

Surely there is not an American cartoon that can even come close to the epicness that was Macross SDF. Not to be confused with the horrendously mangled Robotech

And it pre-dates Transfomers for those with the misconception that it was a Transformers rip-off.  ;)

Agreed. I might not remember much of those episodes but the catchy tunes and artwork are burnt into my mind. Even had toys & action figures of He-Man etc. Hiaz shouldn't have let mum throw away my Snake Mountain  :'(
