The article is right - the CSO is able to waive the shipping fee. They will ask you to choose the cheapest option and once you place the order, you can tell them the order # and they will refund you the shipping fee back to your credit card.

Now I can buy the Metallica Master of Puppets deluxe box set

Not if your items do not qualify for Free Shipping to Singapore and for now, they have remove this option from their items listing so nothing the CSO can do now, if the option is not available.

Made an order above $125 this morning and didn't see the free shipping option. Chatted with CSO. At first he claimed tat the items will mean the box will exceed the allowable dimensions (can't recall but the longest side is 15 something inch) or above the maximum 10kg. Reasoned with him tat it can't be as I have previously ordered more items tat came in the same box. FYI my items are 2 double LPs, 3 single LPs and one hard cover book which weigh ard maybe 3kg. Finally he told me that the shipping charges will be refunded.
