Yeah, I'm very surprised that Spurs have been so quiet, especially since they sold Walker.
And their only target seems to be Ross Barkley, who is grossly overrated.

Daniel Levy, Spurs Chairman, is a businessman. Period. He will not spend. Sissoko last season, was a panic buy. He prefers another Dele Alli or Eric Dier type deal, unpolished diamonds for Pochetino to do his magic.

Champions League qualification again was not supposed to have happened. We don't have squad depth for another campaign much less qualify for the knockout stages.

Frankly, the Spurs squad is looking very thin this season. Any one of the first team gets injured and they're down for the season. I just don't understand, with the money he got from Walker, Levy should at least be picking up 2 or 4 good bargains to cover.

And Kane, Alli, Son and Erikssen were red hot last season, might not be the same again this season.

Spot on!  They are not a wealthy team so have to budget and invest wisely... :)

Liverpool manager Klopp criticised the deal and questioned the effectiveness of UEFA's Financial Fair Play (FFP) rules, which stipulate that a club's wage bill must not exceed 70 percent of its revenue.

"There are clubs that can pay fees like that -- Manchester City and PSG. Everyone knows that," Klopp told reporters in Munich on Wednesday.
