If you are in Australia now, JB HiFi is having a Buy One Get One Free! And it extends to 4K UHD Bluray as well.

I have ZILCH UHD equipment but at $25 per title, it seems like a no brainer.

It is normally $50 per title. I would have loved to get Deadpool - but it isn't out here yet so have asked the shop to hold on to 2x Martian plus Kingsman and XMen DoFP

Interesting - see 18 minutes-ish

Joe Kane explains why HDR is flawed. HDR is not just about using 10/12 bits. More to do with the PQ curve - which expects a much brighter display than ANY of existing displays can deliver.

He says SDR with 10 bit and same color space as HDR is better. Sounds interesting.

Base on the last talk about his view that current HDR sets of TV does not allow to do any controls as the contrast / Nits and are fixed at peak . Than they should introduce the Bios light control that can be adjusted .

Joe Kane is doing the SDR at 10 bits so that it is able to adjust on the settings or controls .

It will be more universal for his disc to use in the different domain SDR or HDR calibarting or testing . Just like his previous video essential calibration disc .

Now in the projection aspect it makes lots more sense for that SDR 10 bits as the tone of screen will varies with different projector combination combine .

Sorry but I was disappointed with "Deadpool".  It is definitely over-rated in my opinion.  What, just ONE overblown spectacular fighting scene with several flashbacks....and they call this is a good movie?  I fell asleep in many of the flashbacks....only to be awaken when they switched back to the noisy fighting scene.  I HATE flashback movies!!

I am shocked by the "softness" of the picture...this after all, is a 4K UHD disk, I swear I seen many 1080p movies with better picture quality.

Maybe I am influenced by another bad flashback movie...HK "Port of Call"., another over-rated movie....sigh.

It's the humor. The tongue in cheek. The breaking of the fourth wall.

The only action sequence I enjoyed was the first one. The final one wasn't that great either. Except for the conclusion. Which is classic Deadpool.

Isn't the first and the final action sequence the same one??  I don't blame you, flashback movie always confuse everyone.....

The humour is good when he is in-costume.....but the flashback...no more humour....fall asleep....

First action sequence was on highway.

Final action sequence takes place on the helicarrier wreck from Captain America 2.
