So far I like the rmb1585 sound signature very much. I don't really watch in high volume but even in low volume the clarity and detail still very good. The high is liquid smooth not harsh but don't feel roll off.

But I have to admit there is a problem on 1585 which annoy me so far. When power on the blue led is so strong and can't be turn off.

Can cut to size, cut off the inner circle, stick the outer ring. Need precision though.

When I used to have a 1582, Rotel included stickers inside the box (packed with user manual) stickers that made the blue led ring light narrower, significantly reducing the brightness.
