Go 219 la... make sure you have enough headroom for it.
The problem is the size and space needed for this beast...still considering the Parasound integrated for its versatility  :-\ Any chance to listen to your setup?  ;D

Wah the Line Magnetic thread comes to life. Show some love for our LM gear  8)

The LM219 is really a beast. I think of the few times I had to move it up and down can almost kenna back twist. And true it does put out some heat. People in Western countries probably happy to use it as heater during winter. In my living room where I put it, I turn on ceiling fan. Helps dissipate the heat.

But despite all these problems. I bear with it. Cos the sound is TOKKONG. Plays all kinds of music that I throw at it well.

BTW have any of you modded your LM 219 internally? In HK they sell this amp with upgraded capacitors (Mundorf or something like that).

You can get this version locally too. According to Robert, it is installed in the factory and not easy to do once assembled.

wah so nice!  Black also not bad but a bit of dust magnet.  Btw can you hear the difference vs the factory fitter version? Robert claimed that it's about 30% improved in performance but of course that depends on individual ears  ;)

Thanks watchdog. Hmm so it might be difficult to mod an existing set which is what I have.

A friend has opened his 219 before. He immediately gave up any thoughts of modding the set.

Anyway, listening to his set, I didn't see any need to mod it. It's lovely the way it is.

Still enjoying your vinyl atax2. Good for you.

I stream Tidal most of the time. Its so convenient and overall sound quality is good enough. I save the money to attend more classical and pop music concerts.
