Viewing multiple language in Win 8
« on: May 26, 2013, 19:30 »
Hi all,

Recently all my Chinese/Cantonese album title appear as boxes when browse through Win 8 Explorer. The Chinese character is displayed in Itunes though.

I downloaded & installed the Chinese language pack but the Chinese characters still appear as boxes.

Any advice on what setting should I change... ;D

Cheers

Make a chinese character txt file, and place it on your desktop. Doesn't matter what chinese character..
This should force Win8 to load the appropriate fonts when it starts up.
