aiyoh... I thought you had looked for a cheaper source of this mat online.
Should have asked me for recommendations. Those mats available from China are the same in efficacy and much cheaper.
I just ordered another one because I wanted sharper spikes and also because it looks much better with the lotus flowers than my first mat. And it only cost S$25. ;)

While waiting for the Apple watch 5 to come out in September, I got myself the newly launched health and fitness smartwatch by Xiaomi called the Huami Amazfit GTR which has great online reviews. The best feature is its battery life. It can last an unheard of 24 days while connected to your phone via Bluetooth 5 with one charge. And if taken off Bluetooth, it will run as a normal watch for more than 70 days between charges. It is sold locally for $219. I got it off the agent's Qoo10 shop for $189 with the redemption of a $30 discount voucher. Runs off the Amazfit app on both iOS and Android.

Pillow for the neck area but also for the sole of your feet if you can take the tickling pain on your soles. ;)

wrist feeling pain sometimes nowadays after using too much mouse at work and at home (or playing games on phone).

Besides wrist brace, I think you can consider trying a pair of conductive gloves fitted with a TENS electro pulse massager to treat the pain experienced in your case.. I would like to try it myself & for my mom too, but I had been cheated purchasing these items from China sellers on Lazada..

Anybody know of affordable & reliable sources to purchase these conductive garments (gloves, socks, knee sleeves etc) with compatible TENS machine will be much appreciated!!!

cant find the hair growth / thinning hairline tread so here it is.

chanced upon charcoal detox shampoo in bangkok. Gave it a try.
Initial use, did not see any positive results.

Stopped for 2-3 weeks, 2nd time round, I leave the shampoo for 2-3 minutes.
Within 1-2 weeks, noticed fuller, thicker & generally healthier hair.
During that period I stopped the hair tonic to isolate any cause and effect.
I also shampoo once, instead of twice a day, and I now brush my hair now for blood circulation.
I believe all of them contributed to the good results.

My latest checkup reveals that my year-on-year blood glucose index drops from 12 to current 7. Although still high, according to the doctor, this is probably due to change in diet in last 4mths or so.
No matter how much i huntum per meal,as long as i take a 6hr break between meals to allow full digestion, with daily intake of medication, blood glucose drops gradually in smooth manner.
