The Sasha W/P Series 2 looks like the prototype Wilson was showing when he was launching the Alexia. Two parts enclosures were originally thought of for the Alexia but performance wise was not up to what they expected it to be.

The Alexia is really a great buy on the Wilson range, probably the more interesting model would have been the upcoming Maxx 5 (Wilson usually avoids 4 on their model range).

I have to admit while I’m not a fan of the Wilson sound, the WAMM always fascinated me (for it looks)… this new one looks like just an Alexandria Special though :)

Maybe our friend Composition can rename the thread to just “Wilson Audio Speakers”? ;)

I never like Wilson aggressive sound,  no matter which  models they produced so far. The HK show demo of Wilson speakers was quite a disappointment too.  The aggressive sound is a reflection of American aggression,  power hungry  culture. Somehow,  I feel the sonic signature of the speakers reflects a lot about the country.  The Brits speakers are more laid back,  French and Italian more refined,  Japanese detailed and bright..

I don't think there is one. Although someone once told me that big and bass heavy American speakers are a reflection of their larger spaces and drywall construction that absorbs bass.

Yet another person told me that a person's system is a reflection of his character.

Are those EMM labs?  I heard the prototype driving the Alexia 2 years ago in the HK show...
