Yes.  IMHO the rest are out of it, it's between the two Mancs for the title

Well theoretically Spurs are still in it and besides the ManU game they have quite an easy run-in. (funny I now consider Chelsea easy  )
But then I fully expect Harry to give the game to ManU, which will end his team's chances after this weekend.
