Alamak, you guys 5SE can buy my whole stereo set up already... :P

Currently, I m enjoying my 23 years old NHT 2.5i output from my Pioneer LX83 using the AppleTV to stream from my iTune files.  Low budget but really excellent sounding to me and great for light entertainment when family friends come by.... :)

Just wanna share the difference between X and E on my YBA without you hearing it.

My c-hing, durian, is the luckiest man in Asia (probably the world) having 2 X in his house right now.

What's the difference! ??? ???

While most of us A/B equipment (PC, conditioners,...etc) via our auditory perception. It is also important that there must be some form of visual feedback/confirmation for the audible differences into visual ones. IIRC, between visual and auditory senses, Visual is usually the more reliable sense. YMMV.

Now I understands why Jim uses his colour TV to tune each SA.

The eyes can be fooled just as easily trust me.

By the way, your YBA pic is a bit meaning less as the 2nd pic is more underexposed than the other one.

Thank you giraffe for delivering the sa240 today. And thanks for ur kind patience in sharing pointers and pointing out the same problem I had 6 months back. sa240 is good, I didn't hear any reduction of dynamics and speed. And it's only 3 hrs of burn in.

Today gotten my 3rd SA power conditioner. Bery happy! :)
Did some tests with other tweaks at Broler G's den after unpacking from box - it was the most liquid sound eber heard at his den!
The ultimate test is Kit Chan (Popular CD) song lumber 5 (Obstinate). Play loud and see what happen..

G has a few more levels up akan datang, wish him all the best!

His parting remarks to me: broler - be healthy and live bery long, then can enjoy the music. How bery true ah!
