blu ray cannot play on player

quite a few of my blu rays cannot play on my player sony 360 anymore. Its fine with dvds and cds. I don't really know why other than buying a new blu ray player. Can anyone help please? thanks in advance.

Try upgrading to the latest firmware ::)

Could be the lens assembly has gone kaput- the cd and DVD one is separate.
